Have a bug report, feature suggestion, or partnership inquiry? Drop us an email — we read every message.

What to reach out about

Email is the best way to report issues with conversions, timezone behavior, broken pages, or unclear documentation. If you are reporting a timestamp result, include the exact value, the unit you expected, the timezone you selected, and the output that looked wrong. That makes the issue much easier to reproduce.

  • Bug reports — if a conversion result looks wrong or a tool isn't working as expected
  • Feature requests — new languages, additional timestamp utilities, or timezone improvements
  • Business inquiries — partnerships, licensing, or sponsored content

Helpful details to include

For technical reports, a short reproducible example is more useful than a screenshot alone. Include the page URL, browser, operating system, and whether the input was seconds, milliseconds, or a formatted date string. For content suggestions, mention the language, database, or workflow where the missing example would help.

Response expectations

Most messages are reviewed for practical product feedback, bug reports, and documentation improvements. The site is a small browser-based tool collection, so support is focused on correcting timestamp behavior, improving examples, and keeping the public pages accurate.

Before sending examples

Please remove secrets, private log lines, customer identifiers, and internal URLs from any example you send. A short synthetic timestamp case is usually enough: the input value, expected readable date, actual readable date, timezone, page URL, browser, operating system, and whether the value came from an API, database, log, or script.
